This is an Italian-style poundcake that is absolutely delicious with coffee or tea. It's not too sweet, so it is very versatile to use for other recipes as well.

Ingredients:
2 cups of white sugar
6 eggs
3 cups of flour
1 cup of milk
3 teaspoons of baking powder
1 cup of canola oil
flavoring of choice was (HIGHLY recommend vanilla or zest & juice of a citrus (ex: lemon or orange)
Steps:
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients by mixing with an egg beater.
Spray bundt pan with cooking spray, and add cake batter.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45+ minutes.
