These are my "famous" pinwheels that I bring to almost every party and get rave reviews over. They are simple to make, but have a ton of flavor!
Fun fact, I also messed around with this recipe a bit, and tweaked it for another flavor that I will bring out for the holidays!
Recipe:
Ingredients:
(2) Green/Spinach Tortilla Wraps
(1) Block Softened Cream Cheese
Green Onions (chopped)
Dried Cranberries (chopped)
Feta Cheese (chopped or crumbled)
Steps:
In a bowl, mix together your cream cheese, chopped green onions, chopped cranberries, and chopped feta cheese. Mix until well combined/ and a spreadable consistency.
Lay out on a flat surface one wrap shell.
Add a few spoonfuls of the mixture (about half the mixture), and safely spread out the mixture across the entire wrap shell. Be careful that you don't rip a hole into your shell.
Tightly wrap the wrap shell (this is what gets the spiral pattern).
At the end of the wrap, leave a tiny bit of space with no mixture, and seal the total wrap shell up by spreading a bit of the mixture over it.
Tightly wrap the entire wrap "log" with plastic wrap and store flat inside a fridge over night.
Repeat this with the rest of your mixture and last shell.
When you're ready to serve, unwrap the log, and with a sharp, straight-blade knife, cut the log into equal, bite-size chunks.
