Fresh garden salsa that feels better than a Mexican restaurant - it doesn't get any better than that!
A fun fact about me is that I LOVE to garden, so because of that I always have a lot of fresh garden tomatoes in the summer. Fresh salsa is insanely easy to make and is great to eat as a snack for the week or impress friends at a party.

Ingredients:
Ripe Tomatoes of choice (chopped)
1 Jalapeno
Black Pepper, Salt, Garlic Powder
1 Onion chopped
Cilantro chopped (1/2 of a bunch)
Olive oil
2 spoons of distilled vinegar
Juice of 1 lime
1 Cucumber chopped
