If you love Mediterranean food, then you will love this Lebanese dish. Tabbouleh is insanely fresh with flavor, and features a key item - PARSLEY! This is absolutely tasty on its own, served on a mezze platter with hummus, olives, feta chunks, and most importantly pita.
Recipe:
Ingredients:
Roughly chopped Parlsey (you need atleast 2+ bunches)
Chopped Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 of a chopped cucumber (such as pickling cucumber or English Seedless w/ skin)
2+ Green Onions Chopped
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Juice of 1 Lemon
1/2 cup of Grain (Traditionally, this is Bulgar, but I typically use leftover Quina or Regular Rice I have in the Fridge)
Steps:
Chop up all the Ingredients and add into a bowl.
Add in the lemon juice, olive oil, and salt/pepper.
Mix and Store in the fridge up to 3 days.
