Grilled Cabbage & Veggies

Sounds strange, but honestly this seriously tastes better than actual meat on the grill sometimes, and is again crazy easy to make.


Not everyone loves cabbage, but if you like grilled veggies or something with a crunch you will most likely enjoy this.


Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • Cabbage chopped (any amount).

  • Canola Oil

  • Seasons & Herbs of Choice - Basically this can be an "anything but the kitchen sink" but for spices/herbs recipe.


Optional:

This tastes like heaven if you top the finished product with feta cheese crumbles, chopped green onion, and ranch dressing.


Steps:

  1. On your cutting board, take your washes cabbage head and chop straight down with a sharp bladed knife to get slices of the cabbage head. Place into a bowl until you reached your desired amount.

  2. Pour the canola oil / vegetable oil to coat.

  3. Start going crazy adding spices, herbs, and seasonings. The more seasonings the better this tastes.

  4. On a grill, grill as usual until tender.

  5. Ready to eat!
