Lemon Garlic Balsamic Brussel Sprouts

I love roasted vegetables, so that said - these. are. heaven.


The season of all the flavors and the fact they are oven roasted makes these the perfect side to share with family or friends..or yourself :)


Recipe:


Ingredients:

  • Fresh Brussel Sprouts

  • Lemon

  • Balsamic Vinegar

  • Balsamic Glaze

  • Parmesan Cheese

  • Italian or Panko Breadcrumbs

  • Garlic (3+ cloves)

  • Etra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Red Pepper Flakes

  • Everything Bagel Seasoning

  • Bonus: Everything But The Kitchen Sink Spices of choice



Steps:

  1. Rinse off your Brussel sprouts with water, and then with a knife remove the button stems.

  2. In a large pot of water, bring to boil, and then parboil the Brussel sprouts until just about fork tender. Drain and then set aside.

  3. Set the oven for 400-425 degrees Fahrenheit, and then in a large baking pan/roasting dish spray with cooking spray to grease.

  4. Cut in half your Brussel sprouts, and then season with olive oil, spices, lemon zest, balsamic vinegar, crushed garlic, parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs.

  5. Bake In the oven for 20 minutes.

  6. Serve with parmesan cheese and balsamic glaze - bonus: this is delicious with red pepper flakes on top.
