Creamy, cheesy, and insanely easy. This is the perfect weeknight meal when you want a home-cooked dinner that is fast to make but feels like it's from a 5-star restaurant.

Ingredients:
Pasta of choice (I recommend Ziti, Rigatoni, Bow-tie, etc).
Ricotta cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Grape tomatoes (roughly chopped)
Fresh Parsley (chopped)
Fresh Basil (chopped)
Lemon Zest & Squeeze of the juice
Black Pepper
Steps:
Boil your pasta until al dente, and reserve 1 cup of pasta water in a separate bowl.
Drain the pasta when done, and re-add it into the same pot.
Add the desired amount of ricotta cheese to coat, and add back the reserved pasta water. Stir the pot of pasta.
To serve, place pasta in the dish, and then top with tomatoes, black pepper, parmesan cheese, herbs, and lemon zest. Then, squeeze the lemon juice over top and mix it within your dish.
